How do I clean my Gurkha yoga mat?
Your mat is built to take sweat and strain. To clean it, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap after use. Avoid harsh chemicals — discipline is about care, not shortcuts. Let it air dry before folding or rolling.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We ship to almost every pin code in India. Whether you train in the heart of a city or the calm of the hills — your Gurkha gear will find its way to you.
How long will delivery take?
We usually deliver within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. In rare cases, remote areas may take a little longer — endurance builds patience.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Follow it to know exactly where your Gurkha gear is on its journey to you.
What if I miss my delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If you miss them all, the package returns to us. Write to us at contact@getgurkha.com and we’ll help you get your order back.
Can I return or exchange my mat?
Yes. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Check our [Returns & Exchange Policy] for full details.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
That’s not the Gurkha way. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it swiftly — no excuses, no delays.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer COD at checkout for most pin codes. Because discipline doesn’t always mean prepaid.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within India. But the Gurkha spirit travels far — stay tuned, we’re expanding our reach soon.
