GURKHA SHIPPING POLICY

At Gurkha, we believe discipline begins with commitment. When you place an order with us, we treat it like a mission — and every mission deserves precision.

Dispatch & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 24–48 working hours.

  • Typical delivery times:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

    • Other Cities: 5–7 working days

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499.

  • A small mission fee of ₹49 applies to orders below that.

  • Cash on Delivery is available with an additional handling fee of ₹89.

Tracking Your Mission

The moment your order leaves our basecamp, you’ll receive a tracking link on email/SMS/WhatsApp. Stay updated on your package’s journey — from our hands to your battlefield.

Packaging

Your gear deserves protection. Every Gurkha mat is shipped in durable, eco-conscious packaging, built to endure the road and reach you in fighting form.

Delivery Commitment

If your package can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or refusal at delivery, we’ll have to call the mission off — and the shipping fee will be non-refundable.
