GURKHA RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Gurkha, we stand by the strength of our gear — forged to endure your toughest sessions. But if something isn’t right, we’ve got your back.

Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/email confirmation) is required.

What We Don’t Accept

  • Used or damaged products caused by wear & tear or mishandling.

  • Items bought on clearance are not eligible for returns.

Exchange

  • If you ordered the wrong product or size, we’ll help you switch.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be credited within 7–10 working days to your original mode of payment.

  • Shipping/cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Write to us at contact@getgurkha.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Our team will share return instructions and schedule a pickup (where available).

  3. Pack the product securely — discipline begins with care.

  4. Exchange delivery timeframe will be 7-10 days

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If the product you receive is damaged or not what you ordered, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. No excuses. No delays.
